In a situation where you remain not satisfied with your purchase, you can always ask to return it back, even within the first 7 days after receiving the product. Refunds accepted based on unused, unworn and original products in original packaging. Items that are personalized/customized are not capable of being returned

To initiate a return, please call our customer service team with your order details. Once the return is accepted, we will support you in the process. A refund is issued by checking the returned items and is generally completed within 7-10 business days, in which the total amount is deposited into the same payment avenue.
